THE SHOW |

Discussions and debates will fill
the airwaves alternating Sunday night from 9:00pm to 10:00pm
live from this site, and on Long Island's
AM1240-WGBB.
Shows will feature interviews with past, present, and
future players, broadcasters, and front office personnel
from all of the local New York hockey teams. In addition,
many hard core fans from the online hockey communities,
such as bloggers and fan website administrators, will be
on the show from time to time to give their insights on
the New York area teams.
In 2008, Rob will spend the first half of the show getting
an update on the New York area hockey teams from the
regular contributors below. The second half of the show
will feature special guests.

THE HOST |

Rob is both the host and producer of
New York Hockey Talk, and
works diligently to get new and interesting guests on the
program each week. When he is not hosting or producing a
show, he is often updating the show website with the
latest show information. His background in computers helps him
to keep the site up and running. Rob works extremely hard
to put out an informative and entertaining show each week.
Growing up in Massapequa on Long Island, his hockey allegiance has always been
to the New York Rangers. Mostly though, Rob is just a big fan of
the game, and played for many years in the
Hockey Long Island league. An all-around
sports fan, Rob also produced and co-hosted the original
SPORTSTALK1240, a weekly 1-hour
sports talk show, also heard on AM1240-WGBB,
back in January and February of 2007. During the summer months
Rob manages his softball team, the
Beavers, while maintaining the team's
website, and co-hosting the reckless Beavers Backstop
Radio Show !
Rob is a graduate of Long Island's Hofstra
University.
